GJ-II Fastener GJ-II Fastener is a kind of common fastener and can be applied to normal sections of rail tracks. Compared with ordinary ones, it has obvious advantages, e.g. low cost, easy installation, low maintenance, high safety, good insulation, etc.The fastening system would meet the specifications of European Standard EN 13481-5 “Performance specifications for fastening system for slab track” and shall comply with EN 13146. The fastening would fit for Top-down installation method. Our fastening system would take into account a difference in elevation between the top of the running rail and the top of concrete deck supporting the track is 503mm, in nominal position.
The rail fastening system would provide support, guidance, resilience and insulation between rail and plinths/slab and would incorporate modern technological developments for all components.
The plastic isolate plate replaces the traditional rubber under-fastener pad, therefore offers the GJ-II Fastener higher isolation ability. The horizontal sheer force is only borne by the under-rail plate. So the screw spike bears lower sheer force and the lifetime is increased.
GJ-II Fastener is consisted of under-rail pad, base plate, isolate plate, gauge block, clips, screw spike, flat washers, spring washers, isolation lining and gauge adjust plate. In case of needs for height adjustment, it also includes height adjust plate.
