Jai Dadi Group has developed a state-of-the-art laboratory using latest equipment in all manufacturing units compliant with international standards that are prescribed by the Research Design & Standard Organization, H.O. at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India.
The laboratories are fully functional and updated with the latest technology and maintenance. We have the latest testing facility separately for plastic, rubber, metal and fibre items. All the employees and supervisory staff maintain high quality for all the products.
Our Research and Development
Research and Development are very difficult to manage, since the defining feature of research is that the researchers do not know in advance exactly how to accomplish the desired result. As a result, “higher R&D spending does not guarantee more creativity, higher profit or a greater market share”.
Jai Dadi Group, having its expertise in Research & Development of the Railway Track items & Coach Products. The company has set up a design and development facility by using CAD software for 2D & 3D designing purpose and for analysis & simulation we are using FEA software.
